Xsplit Video Build: Dual Xeon vs i7-5820k

So a few months back there was a craze on YouTube channels to take advantage of the price of the Xeon E5-2670, which goes for about $75 each on eBay.

The problem is that motherboards for this platform are fairly rare and the dual cpu motherboards are even more rare. I finally found an ASRock MB-2C602 for about $333, and 64 GB of DDR3 ECC memory for about $110.

So here is what I'm trying to decide between:

i7 5820k - $320

ASRock Extreme4 x99 -$170

EVGA 2x8 DDR4-2400 RAM - $60

Dual Xeon E5-2670 $75 x2 -$150

ASRock MB 2C602 - $335

Samsung 8x8 DDR3-1333 RAM -$112

The system is used for live video production, 3 webcams with at least 720p @ 30 FPS.

No point going dual Xeon if you just live steam 3x webcams.

In fact, a 4 core CPU will have no problems keeping up with it, as long as you just stream from webcams.

But if you are also re-encoding for youtube and such, get the 5820k.

I speak my mind, sorry if thats a problem.

I'm getting consistent High-CPU usage errors with a 4790 build now, so I'm looking for something a bit more. Also looking to switch to capture cards and camcorders within the year.
