Quiet Fans

When people think of quiet fans, they think of Noctua, but for +$20 per fan, that's way too pricey.

 

What are some near silent case fans (preferably 120mm or bigger) that are in the sub $10 range?

CPU: AMD FX 8320e | Mobo: Gigabyte GA‑78LMT‑USB3 | Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper n520 | RAM: 8Gb @ 1333MHz

NACTAWA are the best hard to find something that can compete with it 

Not really looking at a competitor, just a nice, quiet, relatively cheap fan.

The Be Quiet! Pure Wings 2 120mm are available for as little as £7.34 here in the UK, and are the second quietest fans I have ever used, 1st place going to the big brother; the Silent Wings 2 range.

Anyway, I'm not sure about pricing and availability over the pond. Look it up. You should be able to find something.
