If other card works in same slot= not pci slot

Small oc can add artifacts, but they are small

Bigger oc = bsod

He was trying on nvidia card wich worked fine, wich means that he has nvidia drivers installed, so theres quite high chance of it interfiering with amd ones.

Large white artifacts and messes like that, is pretty clear indication of it being broken.

No need to ask same guestions as others, if they have been answered allready, so i dont see any issues of going straight to the 2 most possible conclusions for this.

If it was broken I doubt it would even display an image.

p.s. Your pc name in your signature is not appropriate.

The AMD card is his primary. He started to have issues with said card and opted to add his Nvidia card for troubleshooting. Drivers being installed don't usually cause these problems since they only turn on when they detect usable hardware.

Overclocks can cause instability at any level. It could also be some of the PCIe connections are failing to supply power.
