Should I buy the Cooler Master N200 or the Silencio 352? Or, should I buy something else in the same price range?

If the Define Mini or Nanoxia DS4 (my own case) are in that price range then grab one of them since they actually do work for helping get your system quieter. 

 

Otherwise get the N200.
