PSU and moving to Great Britain from Europe

Hi everyone,

I am about to move to Great Britain from Poland (yes, that's in Europe) with my PC build. I am concerned about what should I do to provide proper power to my PSU and other components (monitor etc.), so I thought I could ask here.

The vital specs of my current rig:
PSU: BeQuiet Straight Power 10 (700W - modular)
Power Surge: Brennenstuhl CSL SP4 Hugo! (European plug)
[ the notice on the power surge says:  ]
[    MAXIMUM 3500W                          ]
[    16A / 230V~ / 50Hz                        ]

The questions I would like to ask are:
1) If I move to GB will it be okay if I use the plug converter (and I do not mean power converter) ONLY on the Power Surge and plug all of my devices (monitor, PC, maybe phone charger) into the power surge with the european plugs?
2) Will the surge protector work with the local (GB) voltage and amperage and protect my rig from unwanted power spikes?
3) What would be the best solution for my case?
   - to get new power surge and new cables for monitor/PC + separate phone charger
   - to use the converters on current cables with a new (British) power surge
   - to use my (european) power surge and convert it's plug to British one.

Thanks for all the replies in advance!

I believe outside of America, the standard Voltage is 220v from the Wall. When I was in Iraq I had to use an inverter to get my electronics to 110v to not fry my electronics.

You just need the right cables and everything will work. Moved from Germany to Ireland a while back and everything worked just fine.

Poland = 220V

UK = 220V

It's just a different plug in UK, though this might be useful: http://www.worldstandards.eu/electricity/plugs-and-sockets/

Yea, I remember having to get some funny looking plug converters for some of my equipment that was dual voltage :P

Brexit hasn't kicked in yet and the UK mains power is compatible with mainland Europe standards. That's not to say they're always exactly the same, but any differences are within the tolerance of anything destined for EU.
