OBS don't record CS:GO sound?

Hello, so I wanted to record some cool smokes for CS:GO with OBS but it doesn't record the sound. Is there way to fox this? Also I'm on Mac, if that helps (PLS NO H8 I HAVE REASONS)

Use the integrated CSGO recording program trough the in-game console

There was a tutorial on youtube....

On windows there is a program called Overwolf, which I used to record some fragmovies

What device are you recording now and what are the options? Does sound work for other games/software?

IIRC = If I Recall Correctly. I meant what device is set as output in OBS settings. And what are the other options. You know, this 9PupTkl.png

You should try with other options found in dropdown menus. I'm not familiar how sound outputs work on Macs. But you are looking for one that feeds sound to your speakers/headset.

Well, thats the issue then. Desktop device is the one which would record game sounds. Have you tried reinstalling software?

:D thats usually first step of troubleshooting software issue. Or among the first. But thats also only thing I can offer. I have no idea how sound settings work on Macs anyway. 0 experience on OSX.

Do you have any other software installed which would allow to select audio device? Like Skype or some audio recording software?

Step 1: Go to options in CS:GO, change video settings from Full Screen to Full Window mode

Step 2: Open OBS, right click the blank screen under "Sources."

Choose "Add," go to Game Capture. Create "New," name it whatever you please, un-check "Capture any full screen application," click the drop down menu for window and find "CS:GO," hit enter.

It should display it from there.

EDIT:

I just read your post again, "no sounds," my bad.
