Question about ram

I have ddr3 ram at 2400mhz but I only put it at 2000mhz. Do you have to change and settings with ram as you do with cpu like voltage or anything as the computer works fine but Is there a software a can test that the ram is stable at that. Thanks

It will work fine. If you don't have a crash or weird problems. It probably fine. If you really want to test ran you can use windows memory diagnostic or memtest86+

Have you set your memorys XMP profile in the BIOS? This will set the correct voltage,timings and speed for you.

No but I have just done it. Thanks. But one thing. What does performance enhance mean 

it says I can pick 3 

1.Normal 

2.Turbo (Which it was currently on)

3.Extreme

When I try and boot memtest86+ from usb it shows up as no operating installed

You not making the usb right. Put ubuntu(has memtest on it) on a usb with rufus.
