The Post Code d6 refers to "No Console Output Device Found". As you have a X99 platform, there is no Intel Integrated graphics so you'll need a graphics card. Do you have one installed?

d6 seems to be a fault code saying that no video card found. Have you got the correct amount of power cables going into the video card?  I don't see a video card there at all.
