Silent pc

Hi, im building my dad pc with some of my old parts. Its going to go into his tv and needs to be quiet. Any suggestion for cpu cooler and psu that are silent and relativly cheap. Cpu is fx 4300 so it doesnt produce that much heat when running.

Its for mainly watching movies and streams from internet, so no gaming or anything.

Screw it into the back of it. Not really, i ment into his tv setup and connect into it.

Also gpu is going to be msi's 750 ( the short one that uses only pci-e to get power)

honestly something like a 212 evo should do more than fine as a cooler, and as for a power supply... corsair RMx?

Screw it into the back of it. Not really, i ment into his tv setup and connect into it.

The Cryorig H7's good, I have one and I can barely hear it under load so being behind a TV, it'll be pretty much silent:

A Hyper 212 EVO would also be good.

 

The CX 450 would be a good PSU (white label CX units are good but green label ones are bad)

ill prog with evo if its in stock, and psu its either that ro rmx or the cx m
