My heart rate is normally in the range of 50-58. I just tested it and it came back 65. Should I be worried. I'm 14 if that helps any.

Normal resting heart rates are from 60-80 depending on your physical activity. It could be a bit lower as well. You really shouldn't be worried at all unless your resting is at 30-40, or above 90.

Also if you are worried , or you wanna maintain a lower heart rate , jogging is really gonna help you. And it is gonna help you  A LOT.

People who run marathon will have a significantly lower rate than normal people.

The lower the heart beat is, (just like yourself 50 and 50+) the healthier your heart is.

When you go out running, your heart rate is gonna raise.  So at the time you don't run, your heart is gonna automatically slow itself down, to prepare itself , in case you are gonna run.

If it is not broken, let's fix till it is.
