Maybe use something like google wallet.

You could accept the payment in the form of amazon gift cards I guess?

 

Just get your parents to open a paypal account. I've had one since I was like 15, not that hard to make. I made it myself in the name of my mother, when I got 18, I switched it to my own name.

And are you are under 18, and helping people around the world troubleshoot servers, that is being a little bit of being a conman if you don't direct them to this forum where there is a lot of people willing to give help ... for free.

Not really but it's for setting up a certain type of Arma 3 server. They're willing to pay so.
