Help with program installation.

So im trying to install MSi dragon center and when i downloaded it this comes up. https://gyazo.com/a17f6ac1f018ee9832aefa9572aa2451 What do i do to get the app?

Go inside that folder, and find the install.exe

There is just one thing that says application. when i click that it comes up with extract files after iu do that nothing happens..

Look at the guide in my signature, there is a whole section on installing that stuff.

Extract that folder to somewhere, like desktop. Inside somewhere there you find .exe or .msi file. Run that to run installer.
