Sadly , thats a tricky one.

 

You can't have more than 1080p since your card won't handle it as well. 

You can't have G-sync since its more than your budget. 

And there's not much of a selection nowadays. 

 

I could recommend you the one I picked up - Nixeus Vue 24" 144Hz Gaming Monitor, AMD FreeSync, 1920x1080 , yeah it has FreeSync in it but! FreeSync technology is FREE and it won't change a thing in yoru experience.

 

Overall this is a wonderful 1080p monitor , high refreshrate , low response time , great color accuracy , 24" , and well , if you ever go team red (woo) you already have the freesync implanted. 

 

Otherwise you could take a ViewSonic monitor. :o...
