FH3 worth it?

Sitting here and considering buying an xbox 360 just to play forza, i just realitet that Forza Horizon 3 is accually coming to pc. 

 

I consider this instead of buying a xbox 360.

 

Will forza horizon 3 be much like horizon 2?

found out that i would need windows 10. hmm, will it be worth it still?
