I see you're going with a red and black theme, so i'll try to keep that in mind when i critique.

CPU and cooler are solid.

Your motherboard isn't bad either. If you've done your research and decided to go with B150, that can be a good budget chipset, and MSI makes good stuff. The motherboard doesn't support USB type C, but other than that its a good all around choice.

RAM is RAM, and G.skill loves their RAM. good choice.

when it comes to your storage, your HDD is fine. your SSD isn't as fast or as large as it could be, but so long as you chose it for its price, rather than its aesthetic, then that should be fine. Its decent for the price bracket its in. I would recommend spending a few bucks more and get the 240GB model though. 120GB can be somewhat limiting for most people. You can't fit a whole lot of games + OS into 120GB. for only about 20 bucks more you can double its capacity to the 240GB model.

I would not get the R9 380. There are newer and better cards out for the same price. Get the RX480 (MSI will make one that looks identical to the 380 you chose). If you can spend a bit more. you could also get the 1060 which comes out July 19th. Although when a red and black one comes out could be anyones guess. You also may have to wait a few weeks for the price of these cards to die down, but its 100% worth the wait to do so.

Your case is a fan favorite around the world.

your PSU isn't the best quality, but its also good enough for your build. However I would recommend the EVGA Supernova 650 G2 or P2 though. It should be about the same price, but a much higher quality. and in a build like this you don't need the extra wattage. you could even go for the 550W version of those PSU's if you wanted to save a bit of money. But again, the PSU you chose would do fine for your needs if you decide to go with that one instead.

I don't know what you need the corsair fans for, as your case comes with all the fans you need. but if you're intending on swapping some out, corsair fans are fine

If you can wait a little before buying the parts I would go with a RX 480 8gb because it should be only a little more than the 380 but with much better performance.  Or you can jump way up the chain for about twice as much as the 380 ($450 ish) and get a 1070.  Then you'll be able to kick 1080p gaming right in the balls.  Also get some rgb or red leds and pimp that pc.

The EVGA B2 is actually a very good power supply for the money. It is just a less efficient version of the SuperFlower Golden Green. I agree that he doesn't need 750W though.

My apologies... i've been rifling through so many threads and such today that I mistook the 750B2 for the same family of PSU's as the 500B and 600B... I still stand by my recommendation of changing the PSU to a supernova, but now its not as important of a change. thank you for being firm on your point and not allowing my fatigue to spread misinformation around xD

You could do without the CM Evo 212 although it will be quieter than the stock Intel fan.

Kingston V300 is a really bad SSD. Go with a Kingston HyperX Savage if you want a Red coloured SSD. Try and get a 240GB version of the one below if you have the budget as 120GB will fill up pretty quick.

The 2133MHz kit of that G.Skill is a bit cheaper. Your board only supports DDR4 2133MHz.

And as mentioned above you can probably do better with the gpu. For a single gpu setup a good 550W psu is enough.

No probs. The EVGA lineup is a bit cluttered imo and I sometimes have to click on the psu in a spec to make sure it is a good model.
