Will a i5 6600k bottleneck with GTX 1070

So first time I asked I got help and they said no it won't and then I heard someone saying that with an i5 6600k you will not get full(or above90%) GPU usage (gtx 1070)

So do anyone know what the right answer and if you can backing up with proof

Absolutely not.
However some games are more CPU demanding than GPU so thatrs when u wont use GTX 1070 to full potential.
1070 is surely not a wste of money for latest i5 and u will still make a damn good use of it :)

every CPU in existence will "bottleneck" a high end GPU

but an i5 6600k is a good CPU to pair with the 1070

Bottlenecking is only expected if you pair a 1070 with a pentium orsomething else not that powerfull. The I5 6600K is a highly capable processor so it wont be a problem.

Desktop: CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 @4,1 Ghz GPU: AMD Radeon 5700XT @2,2 Ghz RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB @2666 Mhz  MB: Asus ROG STRIX B450-E Storage: Western Digital SN750 500GB + Samsung 970 EVO 250GB + Seagate Barracuda Compute 1000GB Case: NZXT H500

Results: Cinebench R20 Multi-thread: 2800
