random one-second CPU spike

just as the title says, i have i have i7 6700k processor and sometimes the mouse pauses for moment randomly, it happens when i'm browsing or playing or even doing nothing but it doesn't happen frequently although it's very annoying when i notice that the mouse has suddenly stopped but what made me sure that it happens because of the CPU is that i checked task manager right after it happened and that's what i saw

but why you think it's not a big deal? i can handle that freeze when it happens but more curious about it's cause
could it be a bad processor chip?

nvm its the task manager

it's normal for task manager to have a spike at the beginning, but in reality, there isn't a spike
