Core clock not right????

Driver crashes. My 960 does it when OCing it.

Those benchmarks are known to be horribly off use GPUZ or after burner to be sure. A crash would signify too high of an OC

Likely a driver crash that initially locked it at 549.

My  GTX760 and GTX980 would have their clock speed locked at about 1/2 their normal value after a driver crash sometimes.

Rebooting the PC would bring everything back to normal.

 

Dunno about the crash during the benchmark.
