Painting PC fan?

Hey all, so i have a corsair fan in the back of my Carbide air 540 (stock fan). I was wondering, how would i go about paiting a perfect yellow circle around all the blades so it looks like a yellow ring when its spinning?

All help appreciated.

you dont, that's how you screw up the balance of your fan.

While I have never tried painting a ring, painting your fan is perfectly fine if you do a light coat, be modest with the amount of spray paint and it shouldn't affect the performance or noise.

Either only paint a very thin and even coat of a single color, or try to look up for a fan that has similar color that you desired.
On a moving fan, you might can have a cool effect by painting different parts in different colors, but paintbrush techniques not only have uneven paint, but you won't see anything when it's on.
