Best 140mm red LED CPU fan?

I am a Noctua fanboy, but they don't have any LED fans and I want to put a red led 140mm fan on a c-type heatsink to add some color to my system.  Which, if any, 140mm red led CPU fan would be the closest in performance to a Noctua one?

 

NZXT?

Phanteks?

Corsair?

Thermaltake?

Cougar?

Other?

Aerocool DS. Slap the LNC on and you've got a quiet airflow fan (you won't hear the motor, but you will hear the air) that pushes a lot of air around. Good static pressure, but it's 3-pin.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.

Aerocool DS look cool, but getting very mixed reviews with a lot of failures, so not sure I want to risk those.
