How do these PCs compare.

These are for gaming and occasional editing but I want to focus on gaming.

 

Here is my old rig,                           Here is my new rig

e5-2689 v1                                      i3-6100 

z620 standard MOBO                     Gygabite G1 sniper B7 

w5100 and rx 480                            w5100 and rx 480

z620 psu and case                           rosewill r536 case with included psu

16 gb ram 1.5 tb hdd                         16 gb ram 1.5 tb hdd

 

 

Please keep in mind I already own the w5100 but not the rx 480.  Also please tell me if the upgrade is worth the money and if you can some estimated benchmarks in GTA 5, Arma 3, and R6 siege.   Thanks in advance

Id just upgrade the gpu and keep the old cpu and case. No reason to get the i3. Its probably slower than the old xeon. Also why use the w5100 and th rx 480.

i'd recommend against the "upgrade" in the way you intend to perform it.

 

if your psu is the 600 watt model, i'd suggest putting all your money towards the GPU, an i5, and a fitting motherboard that is not overly expensive compared to the rest you're buying.
