Annoying sound coming from a game

Windows10Home

I have a Razer Kraken Pro Neon, and I have them plugged in with the adapter into my case's front audio ports. Normally, theres no sound. But when I am playing Prison Architect, a extremely annoying high-pitched sound comes. I can't stop it. I tried saving, exiting, and loading the save up again, but no luck.

Please Help!

I assume it isn't affected by volume changes?  It is probably some interference being fed into the sound system on your motherboard.

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

Have you ever checked frame rates when playing?  Are they insanely high by any chance?

On an nvidia card you can set application specific settings in Nvidia Control Panel.  I guess for you it'd be in Catalyst Control Centre or whatever they're calling it these days?

That's not working then.  It should not exceed 60.

And if my theory is correct, this will fix the sound

Limit the framerate... then come back.  There is no point running that game at such a high FPS.  I assume your monitor runs at 60Hz?

You are overworking your GPU, it is most likely the cause of the noise.

I can't limit the frame rate! In-game there is no option! It doesn't work in Radeon Settings! (I have a 75Hz monitor)

Something is broken then because that control panel should let you pick any option and override whatever the game would naturally do.
