whats a great office chair for not that much $$ ?

max 200$ CAD

I want a high back and cushionny chair, not a small one that stops at half of my back .  

if possible, no mesh ? though its not absolutly required.

steal one from office or go ask for spare one in theire storages. IBM in finland just was cleaning theire storages and i was allowed to take any chair for free. They usually have older chairs in the back waiting to be thrown away.
