Reinstalling windows, need help :)

Hi guys, i will be reinstalling windows 10 from a usb drive, and want to make sure i get it right, could you please recommended drivers/software/steps i should do/download and in what order is best to do them in.

Also here are my specs:

intel 6700k

gtx 980ti

z170a gaming pro msi

16gb corsair RAM

1tb WD harddrive

2tb toshiba harddrive

750 watt psu

intel 750ssd

tplink ac1750 dual band wireless card

Make sure to install on the 750 SSD, download the drivers from the manufactures websites.

I was thinking the WD black as the intel 750 ssd has not got the best boot support on my motherboard, but ive done it before

Create the windows 10 bootable USB and then once that's done open up the USB and create a new folder. Download the drivers you need from the official websites and toss them in the folder, also put the CD Key in a .txt file and toss it on the USB as well so after you're done installing you can activate it. Install Windows 10 > Open up USB > Install Drivers > Install CD Key > Profit.
