don't do that man
6800 is LGA 2011-3 which means it requires x99 motherboards i7 6800 is broadwell-e CPU
z170 is LGA 1151 socket which takes skylake CPUs only like i7 6700
also it would be real bad idea to go 980 ti at that time of year because 1080 is already in the market and at the same price the 980 ti was a few months ago (though you might get a really good deal on an 980ti because many people are trying to sell them and get an 1080)

Do you intend to overclock @Chris Grosvent? And if you are only gaming and not overclocking, get an i5 6500 or i5 6600K if you're overclocking. If you're planning to do video editing, etc, get an i7 6700 or i7 6700K if you're overclocking.

If you want to save as much as possible, don't intend to overclock and only game, you might want to consider this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($197.99 @ SuperBiiz) <<< Upgrade to i7 6700 if you plan to do video editing and not overclock. (+$148)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H110M-A Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard  ($49.99 @ Amazon)

Storage: Hitachi Deskstar 7K2000 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($48.40 @ Amazon)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon RX 480 8GB Video Card  ($272.99 @ NCIX US) <<< MSRP Price is $239 but if you wait for some time the price will drop for the RX 480. If you want an Nvidia card, get a GTX 1070 (+$156)
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro M ATX Mid Tower Case  ($74.99 @ Amazon)
