Getting this error happened in the past on another site , what happened ?

Just got the same thing. Twitch posted this on twitter:

for future reference, and for the sake of the topic:

 

whenever you get an error like this, check if your system's clock is set correctly, that is the foremost reason for SSL errors.

 

chances are in twitch's case it may as well be caused by one of their servers having an incorrect clock setting.

I think it is twitch's issue.
