Upgrading from a 2500 to a 3770k

Hi, I've bought a 3770k fairly cheap, upgraded from a old i5 2500. I currently have a Asus z77 v lx mobo, will it be a straight forward switch without any messing with the bios or will it be more complicated? Thank you

Just replace it and it should take some times to load up and your ready to go...
