Do you need a copy of Windows? Peripherals?

mine was similar.. retail fan is sufficient since you a)dont care about overlocking b) dont care about flashy stuff. If you want head over to OCAU look through their classifieds cheap 7950's and 7970's will be coming up there soon, got my last 2 GPU's from there never had a single issue. money you save could go towards a Evo 840 SSD for windows and your games.. that would probably be the next thing i would work towards

Processor: Intel core i7 930 @3.6  Mobo: Asus P6TSE  GPU: EVGA GTX 680 SC  RAM:12 GB G-skill Ripjaws 2133@1333  SSD: Intel 335 240gb  HDD: Seagate 500gb

eBay is boss for that. Other day saw a 7850 OC for £26 LEGIT (like the guy wasn't trying to trick you). Second hand for some parts can save you a lot.
