My immediate thoughts. Check in the BIOS to see if the SATA controller is set up in either IDE or AHCI mode (If RAID is an option ignore it). Whichever one it's in do the opposite and see if that helps. If not I've learned that drives with complete OS installations  sometimes don't like being transferred between systems. A complete OS re-installation MIGHT be required...don't quote me on that though.

I have important documents on that drive, and it cant be formatted, any other solutions???

Do you have drive with working OS on that PC? If yes, boot to working OS and use problem drive as normal storage drive. Backup data and then you can format it or do whatever you like. If no, get live-boot Linux drive and use that kinda same way as before.

Without knowing what your old system was or what your new system advising you is actually more difficult than you would expect.

From the limited information you have given us it looks like your new computer is attempting to boot off your old HDD which probably doesn't have the drivers required to run your new computer.

For the most part you cant just swap in an older HDD with an OS into a new computer and expect it to be the boot drive. The only times i personally have managed to do this is when i have had identical computers.

I would suggest plugging your old HDD back into your old computer and copying the files you need onto your new computer via an external flash drive or UNC path over the network.
