Did you try locating that in the file directory to see if the file is there or corrupted?

No because I shouldn't be looking for the file I don't think... all I'm doing is clicking an update button and it says it can't find the file so Idk wtf to do. I could do a clean driver install but how does one do that without wrecking their PC?

Oh yea and the GPU is an R7 370 4GB edition by sapphire, fairly new only about a month old.

If the system reports the file isn't where it's looking for it then going to the file directory you might be able to fix or replace the file. You'll have to find it though.
