What is the best GTX 970 custom pcb? Like the difference in overclocking and what not.

best for overclocking? probably 970 HoF and i dont own one so idk how much better it is

if you are asking because you want to buy one dont and wait for the rx 480

Or the GTX 1070 although it is a bit more expensive than the 970.
