Go to solution Solved by Katsunaka,

Which one matches your case? Which brand do you like more?

Its your choice. Both will perform about the same. It boils down to which one you like better?

My graphics card just died a few days ago. I am currently in desperate need of a new card as I need it for my computer to function properly due to my MoBo not having any display outputs ! Can't wait for RX 400 series as I will most probably be out of budget for me here in India.

I have narrowed the search to these two cards....

1).   Zotac Nvidia GTX960 AMP! Edition 2GB DDR5 - 128Bit PCIeX16 Graphic Card https://www.amazon.in/dp/B00SIOF8R0/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_.tOCxbYB0YAF1

2).   Asus GTX960 Black OC Edition - PCI Express Graphics Card ( 2GB GDDR5, 128-Bit, Core Clock 1279 MHz : Boost Clock 1342 MHz) -GTX960-DC2OC-2GD5-BLACK https://www.amazon.in/dp/B00YB1MCJQ/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_.vOCxbD3YPN2Q

Which one should I choose ? All help is appreciated!

FX 6300 @ 4.2 Gigahurtz 1.325V ,  ASRock 970 Extreme 4 mobo  ,  Kingston Hyperx Blu 2X4GB @1600Mhz  , Asus GTX 960 DCU ii Black OC  , Hyper 212 Evo , Samsung 850 Evo 250 GB , WD 1 TB caviar Green , Xonar DG sound card , Seasonic M12ii Evo 620W PSU , Corsair 200R case ,4 random case fans.

RX 400 series comes out in two days. But if you don't want to wait, still don't get the GTX 960 and definitely not the 2GB version.

Get an R9 380 4GB. From Sapphire, MSI or XFX. Though I suspect an RX 470 will outperform a 380.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT 16GB GDDR6 Motherboard: MSI PRESTIGE X570 CREATION
AIO: Corsair H150i Pro RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 32GB 3600MHz DDR4 Case: Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic PSU: Corsair RM850x White

I've had bad luck with Zotac in the past so I would stay away from them personally, but it all comes down to who had better warranty in your area and what looks better in your PC.

AMD is extremely overpriced in India, Its not worth buying.

i5 2400 | ASUS RTX 4090 TUF OC | Seasonic 1200W Prime Gold | WD Green 120gb | WD Blue 1tb | some ram | a random case

Only reason I'm not recommending a AMD card is because I know they're ridiculously expensive over there (something to do with NVIDIA being exempt from taxes or whatever).

Probably the ASUS one to be honest just because it's cheaper.

'Fanboyism is stupid' - someone on this forum.

Be nice to each other boys and girls. And don't cheap out on a power supply.

Then get the GTX 960 4GB. 2GB versions are known to experience stuttering, even if full 2GB of VRAM isn't used.
