Bad fps

HI guys i don't know why i never go over 30 fps on overwatch.

r9 290 i5 6600k

Latest amd driver

even if i turn down the graphics i don't go over 30 fps

The fps limit is off

Disable the 30 fps limit in the game;

Framerate target off 

windows aren't set at 60 fps

Ingame settings don't make the fps change

Didnt buy overwatch so i dont know about the settings.

Have you tried the old fashion reboot?

Yes

Try to use amd gaming evolved program and use the optimised settings for the game, see if that changes anything
