It's a form of forced perspective, but it kind of formed into a thing of its own. Give me a minute to look up more on it.

 

EDIT: looking up 'forced perspective art' gets me this kind of images. Forced perspective on its own mostly gets me pictures of people 'holding up' the tower of Pisa and stuff.
