Best CPU For $250-$350AUD

So i have a fully completed PC now with a Pentium G3258 5Ghz, 16GB 1333Mhz Ram and a R9 270 but i'm tired of low frame rates so i want to get a better GPU and CPU, im thinking of getting an RX480 8GB and then another in 2 years but for the CPU i'm stuck. Im using the LGA1150 Socket on the MSI Z97 Gaming 3 Mobo. The CPU needs at least 4 Cores, has to be a 4th or 5th gen CPU and Hyper Threading would be nice, it must also cost from $250-$350AUD but a little bit higher or lower would be ok. The amount of power it uses doesn't matter because i have a 1200 Watt PSU which should be enough i think? I want a CPU good enough to not bottleneck any game by much and it also needs to not be topped out at 100% while playing games! Final thing is that it would be ideal for the chip to be more than 3.5Ghz for a non K chip and i would really prefer a K series processor as i have a really good cooler and want to use it!
