My parent's personal computer spoiled after 8 years of use and is in horrible condition.(keyboard with dead ant, computer full of dust)

It was also very slow.

I was thinking of maybe getting a new pc for them.

Uses:mostly web browsing,light gaming

Specs:

CPU:i3 6300/6100?

Cooler:Any Suggestions?

GPU:iGPU on the CPU,Maybe RX 470/460 Soon

RAM:8GB G Skill Ripjaws V 2400/2466 DDR4

Mobo:Any Suggestions?

PSU:EVGA Supernova 550

Storage:120GB Samsung Evo SSD

Case:Fractal Design Define R5(Black)

OS:Windows 10 Home

The reason why i choose the i3 is because my youngest brother also uses the computer to play minecraft and some other games. It also should last for 6-9 years before failing. The 120GB SSD is overkill for my parents. They did not even use 10GB on the hard drive before.Maybe for my youngest brother.

Will The i3 Bottleneck The RX 460/470?

Peripherals are not needed because there are spare ones somewhere in the house.

Thanks for any suggestions :)

No, the i3 will not bottleneck the GPU.

The i3-6100 is a plenty powerful CPU with a really decent iGPU that'll have no problem supporting a decent GPU such as the RX 460/470 in the future. For the motherboard go with the the cheapest one you can, grab them 8GB's of DDR4 RAM, GSKills NT series is cheap and looks good, and skip getting an SSD, get them an SSHD as it'll be faster than a traditional hard drive but have more storage. The case is great and everything but something along the lines of a Xion Performance Micro-ATX case is super cheap, has front panel USB 3.0 and is really tiny, your parents don't need such a large case.
