Failed to Boot?!

My pc just failed to boot saying overclock failed in the error code box. But I am running at stock cpu and gpu speed, so naturally I disabled XMP in the UEFI. Then it booted normally at 2133 mhz on 2400 mhz ram. So, I went back, turned on XMP at the exact same settings and it booted just fine. Just want to know WTF is going on with my pc. Thanks!

Eh, sometimes PC's can goof to be completely honest. If it's working now you're probably fine.

Sadly, I wasn't watchiong the boot to see where it went wrong, going to run a benchmark or two and see if I get any BSODs

Yeah, i'd also run Cinema4D, Aida64 and Heaven
