Stock cooler with 6800K? Are you having a laff?

My bad, I mistook the cpu for a 6700k for some reason. Disregard my terrible post above.

A 212 Evo would be an infinitely better recommendation.

Get an 115x intel stock cooler. They're a few bucks on eBay.

Don't do this--totally misread the link.

What's the point of having so many fans? Based on this question, you're not doing custom loop and there's no need for 5 + 2 fans just for case air flow, the basic define s fan config is enough for any regular build.

Sorry, I've just read the part about wanting an air cooler. What's the point of dumping cash on air cooler if you're going w/ water soon, couldn't you just wait the extra time and do it all at once?

The cpu doesn't come with a cooler.

I never suggested that option.

So you're suggesting to assemble the loop before testing the system?

Cryorig H7 can overclock a bit and not cover ram but Noctua NH D-15 cools like a good water cooler

The NH-D15 is an air cooler.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.
