Can I Use Below 3333MHz DDR4 Ram?

On the ROG RAMPAGE V EDITION 10 by ASUS, the Quad Channel DDR4 is set at 3333MHz+ does this mean I can't use RAM types under 3333? I want to buy a Dominator Platinum Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz C16 Memory Kit (or maybe 3000MHz) can I use this if the motherboard says 3333MHz+?

Of course you can.
Just change the settings in BIOS before using the new ram or reset CMOS back to default.
It works all the way down to 2133mhz
