Old intel 771 server cooling problem

I have gotten my hands on an old HP XW8400 dual CPU server. I bought two intel x5365 CPU's which have a tdp of 150 watts. The machine had only one CPU installed so I scavenged another 771 cooler (this one does not fit, the screw is too small and the threads are different). The cpu cooler that was in the machine had been performing reasonably well before I upgraded with temps around 30°C. But this cpu was around 65 watts so when I used it to cool the x5365 it did horribly, idling at 50-60°C (Tcase is 62°C) so that does not work.

I can not find anything that fits on a socket 771 that could possibly cool this beast. Pulling a Linus on this build and using zip-ties will not work because of the way 771 coolers are mounted to the case itself. The only solution I could find is to buy a complete water loop. That would just be stupid because it would be more expensive then the whole system combined.

All ideas are welcome even tho they seem super stupid.

I don't know how the cooler is mounted, but would it be possible to just get some new screws? Of course if the cooler it's self is threaded, this probably isn't possible, but if you just put a screw through a mounting bracket... Anyway, that seemed like the easiest solution if it works.

This should work, but the cpu would run above the maximum allowed temperature :/

make yourself a ghetto back plate with nylon washers and plastic, steel, aluminum (just make sure it is not touching) and strap a new or old cpuc ooler on

I can´t. I would literally have to cut half the case away because of how the 771 mounting mounts into the case but not to a backplate
