Hey all, i am building a school project. The project is about building a show case area with one side mounted full of fans. I will need to use roughly 15 200mm case fans powered by a 450Watts power supply. Will i have enough watts for the fans to perform? Or will i be needing something with more juice? The case fans i have chosen are these Coolermaster Megaflow 200 and the power supply. I will be using almost all the connectors to power the fans via adapters. Can anyone tell me if this is doable? Or do i need a power supply with more connectors and watts. If so, will i be having any obvious troubles with the build? Thanks!

CoolerMaster claims it to have a power consumption of 3.36w.
15 x 3.36 = 50.4w

You can run this easily on a notebook power brick.

Each fan will use only about 3-5 watts, maybe a bit more for a few seconds when they start spinning. Once they reach the default speed the consumption will be stable.

Buy fans with 4 pin connectors and buy a few fan controllers if you want to adjust fan speeds.

For example, this controller allows you to adjust the speed of 6 fans with 4-pin connectors : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811992012
