Y700 or G552 depending on your needs. Y700 has a better keyboard, better sound and better cooling. Asus has a better screen, slightly better build quality (assuming you get the metal version, the plastic one is tosh) and a DVD drive (if you need that)

im am looking for a laptop for around 1000 usd i plan to do gaming on the go and at home

Athlon X2 for only 27.31$   Best part lists at different price points   Windows 1.01 running natively on an Eee PC

The Asus laptops are aight. I have one.

Build quality is meh.

Performance is decent. 

 

Probably what @don_svetlio suggested will you better bang for your buck.

I make bad life decisions.
