My laptop is somthing to compliment Dell's design team for it has ran 5 different operating systems over it's lifetime and went through 4 replacement batteries and even had a hard drive replacment/upgrade too a few years ago. This thing has been worn out and typed on for years and it still somehow with all the keys, and ports still working 100%.

So here's the specs it's a Dell XPS M1210

1.66ghz Dual Core 32bit Intel Centrino Processor

4gb of DDR2 RAM

300gb 5400rpm Toshiba HDD

Intel 945gm Express Chipset graphics with 256mb of shared video memory

Windows 10 32bit

Benchmarks:

Minecraft: 19-25fps

Roblox: 5-10fps

GMOD: 20fps with big fps drops on more cluttered maps

Loading this forum site: 3-4 seconds

Playing YouTube video: struggles at 480p full screen

And finally here are the pics:

Older dells are pretty good. Given the battery didn't explode, they'll last for years. I still have a couple in my garage I bet.

In my house I have 2 precisions and a latitude. Newer dells are pretty good as well, long as you aren't buying the cheapest ones.

i still have my dell inspiron 600m from like 2003. it still works to this day, though it can't run anything past windows xp, so i preloaded bodhi linux (a super lightweight version of linux) and it still runs pretty smooth despite its age.
