I'll point you to this

Where are you/what currency are you using?

What's your budget?
What are going to use this PC for?

Gaming, but no real heavy workloads. Under 600 dollars is my budget and I don't plan on running any real triple A games on it, only exeption being Just cause 3 low-medium settings at 720p.

I'd wait for one or two weeks and get this:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($169.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($79.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case  ($47.99 @ Micro Center)
Power Supply: SeaSonic 450W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply  ($73.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Other: AMD RX480 ($200.00)
Total: $571.96
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

way better efficiency, better balance between gpu and even for 1080p a good bet. BUT the rx480 will be only available in 2 weeks or so.

I may end up getting that GPU. Since I posted this thread I have made some adjustments, will update in about an hour or so, soccer lessons.

This is my suggestion. An i3 will be plenty. For some light gaming. I was going to suggest an RX 470 but seeing that an RX 480 (4GB) will fit in your budget, I went with that instead.

I think an RX 480 could do that at 1080p or 720p at high to ultra settings probably.

Yes you are forgetting to get a good cpu ^_^ An FX-9590 would probably melt a CM 212 Evo.

Go with an Intel build.
