I have currently left to upgrade 200 euros to my graphics card . Should I resort to a rx 480 or a second amd r9 380 4gb.

Wait for the 480, less power consumption + more vram + less troubles with crossfire

sell the 380 and get a 480, win win

Get a 480. Definitely. Crossfire is not great and unless you already have a very high end gpu, you should not put two GPUs in your PC. 

 

Yeah and sell the 380 now for a decent amount, before the Polaris launch. After the launch, gpu prices will most likely drop a bit.

Sell your 380 and put that cash towards a 480, most likely.
