When I went to hook up my hdd it show that it is connected in the motherboard explorer. But it doesn't show it in my disk. All I can find is my ssd boot drive so with windows 10 is the second drive moved somewhere or what because I can't get it to work.

Have you checked in Disk Managment and/or Device Manager?

Right Click on Start Button > Click "Disk Management" (If it asks you to initialize, click GPT) > Look for your WD Drive (It should say Unallocated Space) > Right Click Unallocated Space > New Simple Partition

Follow the wizard (use NTFS and Default Allocation Unit Size)
