virtualization Virtualization Lab Slow Guest Installs Issue

Hi LTT Fourms i am new here i was wonding if you have any idel why i have slow guest install on my home lab if you need any more infomation just ask

What Hypervisor, what hardware, what os?

Xenserver Type 1 do you think it becuase im using hdd not ssd it takes 30 mins to install win 7

30 minutes to install Windows 7 on an HDD is normal. Also standard HDDs aren't designed for multiple access/running VMs and generally have poor performance, once you start running more than 1 VM on the disk the performance starts dropping sharply.
