Will noctua nh d14 fit in msi sli plus z170 motherboard?

Will it fit in the msi z170 sli plus and am i going to have any problem with ram slots(my ram-2x kingston  hyperX fury 8gb ddr4 2666 MHz)and my case is cit g force which can support coolers up to 165mm

if you havent brought the nh d14 yet. Get the nh d15 it has better ram compatability.

Basically same motherboard and ram skip to 16mins

It's fine with such low RAM. Fury is barely any taller than the standard DIMM PCB alone. I do know, however, that it gets close enough so that you can't reach the first slot of the second channel (near the CPU socket) without removing the cooler.
