@TheRandomness Hey would 6100 support 2400Mhz speed RAM sticks?

Just wanted to know cause i saw on the Ark website that it supports only 2133Mhz RAM Sticks

It will do with the use of XMP (enabled through the BIOS).

I assume you will be going with the i3 6100 and RX-470 based off the comments above. I might reccomend this:

I don't think trusting a $10 OEM PSU (like you said) is a good idea with 280w (max load). So I added a cheap EVGA one, cheapest that was 80+ that I would trust (Even then I don't trust cheap PSU's). But hey, it's your money dude. Spend it how you want.
