Is this intended for a storage server of sorts? Going by the Reds and the Celeron?

You need an aftermarket cooler. The "K" series CPUs do not come with one. Also, I would recommend waiting for the new RX 480. :)

build looks solid, just replace the 3 TB with a 2 TB and get an SSD or just add an SSD for a boot device.
